Cedar Hill also takes pride in the homes that we build and carefully selects the suppliers and contractors that are used in building your home. Cedar Hill Homes uses the same contractors on all projects because they are professional and perform to the high standards that we require. The materials and suppliers we use in you home have been researched and scrutinized to offer the best quality to the new home buyer. This means that our suppliers and contractors are picked by us not because they are the lowest price, but because they have proven to us that they can provide the quality and warranties that you deserve in your new home.

Cedar Hill homes owners have been involved in construction in all aspects from working in different trades such as framing, in floor heating, painting and finish work including flooring, trim, and hardwood stairs. Having spent so many years combined working in the different aspects of construction at both the physical level and later on managing large projects such as condominium and historical rehabilitation projects throughout the City of Windsor as well as the Detroit and surrounding communities.

Then a number of years ago the partners of the company decided that Windsor/ Sarnia and their surrounding areas would be a perfect fit for a small volume custom home builder that stressed quality and customer involvement. We found that both markets were saturated with many of the same style of homes with very little or no input into their design from the homeowners and that through talking to people they wanted more attention to their personal taste and needs. With that in mind Cedar Hill Custom Homes has been striving to build unique stylish custom homes to suit individuals needs while staying within their budget. Also Cedar Hill continually strives to build better homes that are more comfortable and efficient and that is why we are know offering Energy Star home packages.
